Prediction needs economy in energy resources taking into account the demand for energy-intensive export-oriented products

Abstract
It was provided the methodological approach and mathematical model for predicting levels of energy consumption taking into account demand for energy-intensive products. It was analyzed energy consumption for exports for 2010-2012 and changing trends of indicators of output, exports, and energy costs for production of ferrous metals and sunflower oil. To determine the volume of export or import of energy resources as a result of export-import of certain types of products, and to compare these volumes and assess the feasibility of these operations in terms of power factor the calculation algorithms were proposed. It was assessed expected FER (fuel and energy resources) volumes exported from the country with exported products and their share of total energy consumption in production. Evidently, increase in cast iron smelting and yield of sunflower as the main export products, will not save the economy of Ukraine; it is required substantial technological modernization, which will create new industries, demand for products in the world markets, will be consistently high in conditions of the third industrial revolution.
