PREDICTION OF DAILY CHANGE OF THERMOVISCOELASTIC STATE OF THE ROAD PAVEMENT. PART 1. PROBLEM STATEMENT

Abstract

The mathematical formulation of the problem for investigation of non-stationary thermoviscoelastic/thermoelastic behaviour of road pavement layers on the soil basis is given. Boundary conditions take into account meteorological and road parameters of the modelled road section. The solution of the problem can be used while prediction of the thermal stability and mechanical durability/rigidity of road pavement layers.
