Prediction of wages as a tool of social policy in the context of sustainable development of rural areas

Abstract
The problematic of salary prediction in Ukraine from the point of view of needed level of purchasing power formation is considered in this article. Different approaches of theoretical and methodical character for adequate prediction of salaries levels with its minimal level, level of productivity and employment level as well as with the share of expenditures for salary in structure of GDP formation and added value total sum costs taking into account are analyzed. The main accent is made on the results of influence of different factors on level of salary. The specifics of prediction of salary level of workers in category of self-employment and members of their family is considered
