Predykcja wskaźników jakości powierzchni przy cięciu wysokociśnieniowym strumieniem wodnościernym

Abstract
Paper presents results of surface roughness tests obtained after abrasive high pressure water jet cutting. The study was conducted according to experiment plan for three input variables: water jet pressure, cutting head speed and amount of metered abrasive. Successively approximation of the obtained results by classical statistical methods and artificial neural networks. The approximation function and the trained artificial neural network enable prediction of surface quality, depending on the input parameters.
