PREPARATION OF BILLS FOR THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD READINGS IN THE COMMITTEES OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The analysis of the constitutional-legal and procedural basis of preparation of bills for the first, second and third readings in the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is made, also it was determined its features, essence and significance, as well as substantiated priority directions of improvement the constitutional-legal regulation of the legislative activity of the parliamentary committees.
