PREREQUISITES FOR REALIZATION OF ENERGY EFFICIENT PRO-JECTS OF THE RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article considers a set of issues related to the current state of the housing stock in Ukraine and the need for its modernization based on energy efficiency. The concepts of redevelopment and the process of assessing the feasibility and efficiency of implementing redeveloper projects are considered. On the basis of the analysis, two variants of energy-efficient modernization projects for a residential building with different volume of activities and different costs have been proposed. Their efficiency and payback periods are estimated. Possible sources of financing for energy-efficient redevelopment projects for residential real estate in Ukraine are suggested.
