THE ESSENCE OF THE DEFINITION OF "YOUNG TEACHERS"

Abstract
The article analyzes the regulatory framework on the definition of the concept of "young teacher". The reports of rectors on the quantitative composition of scientific and pedagogical workers under the age of 35 years have been analyzed. It is determined that the concept of "young teacher" is identified with the concept of "young specialist". The definition of the "young teacher" is substantiated and the age limits for the justification of this category of scientific and pedagogical workers are revealed.
