PREREQUISITES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF “VELVET REVOLUTIONS” IN THE COUNTRIES OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE

Abstract
It was determined that at the end of the 20th century in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe there were so-called “velvet revolutions”, which ended on the one hand, the collapse of local communist regimes, and, on the other, accelerated the collapse and liquidation of the whole system of socialism. In a short period of time, there have been radical changes in the political, economic and ideological spheres of the social life of Central European nations.
