Prerequisites for the Implementation of the Administrative-legal Doctrine of Human-centrism

Abstract
The article presents the importance of the doctrine of human-centrism in the state and society. The general provisions of the doctrine of human-centrism and the individual problems with which it collides in the implementation of it are given. The importance in the process of realizing the provisions of the human-centrism of the civil servant as a representative of the state is analyzed. Also, the article provides possible ways, how to over come the problems facing the introduction of the doctrine of human-centrizm in the social life of Ukraine.
