Preventing the Socio-behavioral Risks for Staff in a Trade Enterprise

Abstract
The aim of the article is to substantiate the nature and varieties of social and behavioral risks for staff, the study of the prerequisites of their occurrence in the trade, as well as to prevent social and behavioral risks based on cognitive-behavioral approach proposed target model of effective management of the enterprise personnel. The article justified essence of the concept and subspecies of socio-behavioral risks, the sources of their occurrence in the socio-psychological, sociological and economic contexts of the enterprise trade. Based on cognitive-behavioral approach, the system model of behavior management of staff was developed, which displays the presence of unity and a causal link between the human resources processes and motivational nature of the competence and conduct of staff in achieving targeted results of the enterprise. The basic causes and prevention of social and behavioral risks in the enterprise trade were revealed.
