PREVENTION AND COUNTERACTION OF ORGANIZED CRIME: UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE AND INTERNATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS

Abstract
The definition of organized crime prevention is examined. The article deals with the general social and special-criminological prevention, circle of subjects, who fulfill it and acts of national legislation in which measures are fixed. There were analyzed the concept of proactive mea-sures, legal acts of international organizations, in which effective strategies of organized crime counteraction are fixed.
