PREVENTION OF EMOTIONAL EXPRESSION AS A CONDITION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF EMPLOYEES OF PENITENTIAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
Theoretical analysis of causes, factors, forms of emotional burnout of the person is carried out. The negative influence of emotional burnout on the psychological well-being of the individual is substantiated. The peculiarities of the influence of this syndrome on personality in professional activity are revealed. The psychological mechanisms of the development of emotional burnout syndrome in employees of penitentiary institutions are analyzed. Recommendations on the prevention of emotional burnout at the penitentiary institutions are considered.
