Preventive measure as detention: problems of legal enforcement

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of discussing problems of legal regulation of using preventive measures in the form of detention. The actual problems of applying practice preventive measures in the form of detention are analyzed. On the basis of the above, the ways of their optimal solution were proposed.
