ПРЕЗИДЕНТСЬКІ ВИБОРИ 2016 Р. ЯК ПОКАЗНИК ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ПАРТІЙНОЇ СИСТЕМИ АВСТРІЇ

Abstract
У статті висвітлено особливості президентських виборів 2016 р. в Австрії як показника трансформації партійної системи країни. В хронологічному порядку описані і виділені основні виборчі процедури. Аналізуються дії та програмні положення, вжиті в ході кампаній кандидатами у президенти; наведені статистичні дані. Austria was one of the countries in which the ultra-right populism has found great support, despite the fact that the country has one of the highest per capita income in the EU has developed social security system, economically benefited from the adoption of Eastern European refugees during the "Cold War" . But the results of the presidential elections in 2017 in Austria were the surprise of many experts. In the article the features of presidential elections in 2016 in Austria as an indicator of the transformation of the party system. In chronological order described and identified the main election procedures. Analyzes and action program positions taken during the campaigns of presidential candidates; given statistics. The author concludes that the presidential election of 2016 in Austria was unprecedented. They became an indicator of the decline in the authority of traditional parties and the development of extreme polarized political movements. The main problems on which the attention of election campaigns were concentrated were the EU and Austria's position on migration issues, in particular, the refugee crisis. The results of these elections provide an opportunity to predict the future parliamentary elections and the picture of party representation in the National Council of Austria
