PRIMARY DOCUMENTS ARE IN CONFIRMATION OF REALITY OF COURSE OF BUSINESS

Abstract
Results of the research of changes to legislative and statutory acts regarding «primary documents” are generalized. The influence of changes to the definition of «primary documents” on the confirmation of the reality of doing business is determined. It is established that changes to legislative and statutory acts regarding «primary documents” reduced the level of their evidence to confirm the fixation and implementation of business transactions at the legislative level. In order to use «primary documents” as sufficient evidence, for the purpose of confirming the reality of business activity, it is appropriate to develop corresponding methodologies.
