Principles of administrative discretion.

Abstract
In the article the author analyses and discloses the essence of the principles of administrative discretion. In conclusions to the article the author’s vision of the system of principles of administrative discretion is outlined. According to the results of the analysis, it is proposed to distinguish the following principles of administrative discretion: the purpose and appropriateness of the administrative discretion; objectivity, reasonableness and impartiality; impartiality; equality before the law; justice; doctrinal substantiation; openness of instructions, sequence of their follow-up and withdrawal from them; logic; proportionality and reasonable timeframe; controllability; abolition of the administrative body; knowledge of the controlling body. Within the framework of the scientific article comparative analysis and the correlation of the proposed principles of administrative discretion are carried out.
