PRINCIPLES OF ANTICORRUPTION ACTIVITY IN PUBLIC GOVERNANCE IN CONTEXT OF NATIONAL SECURITY MAINTENANCE

Abstract
The article systematizes the principles of anticorruption activity in public governance in context of national security maintenance. Mentioned principles are divided into five groups, namely, general, legal, administrative, economic principles, principles of state and society interaction. General principles are political providing, system approach, emphasis on corruption prevention, obligatory and severe punishment, damage compensation, scientific character, international collaboration. Legal principles involve rule of law, legality and legal regulation. Administrative principles include coordination, controllability, system improvement of public governance, ethics implementation. Use of economic mechanisms, separation of authority and business are picked out as economic principles. Principles of state and society interaction involve openness and transparency, accountability, state and society partnership.
