PRINCIPLES OF DEVELOPMENT OF RAIL TRANSPORT

Abstract
Railway undertakings Ukraine in recent years deteriorated competitive position in the transport market. This was a result of (among other compelling reasons lack of financial resources, aging assets, low investment attractiveness, etc.) significant dissatisfaction of customers of Railway Transport of cost and quality. It is urgent is the task of managing the development of PJSC «Ukrainian railway». In the article the principles of development of PJSC «Ukrainian Railways». The authors studied and systematized different views of researchers on an integrated approach to the principles of interaction of various subsystems that participate in administrative processes.
