ANALYSIS OF APPROACHES TO BUILDING OF ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL OPERATING EFFICIENCY MECHANISM

Abstract
It is proved that the effectiveness of personnel management is a key factor to its success and competitiveness that are possible through the use of an effective mechanism for management staff as well as a whole. During research of the conceptual foundations of mechanism for management staff determined that to ensure the effectiveness of personnel management – an essential condition for increasing the efficiency of the whole enterprise. Proved that the main condition for modern development is not simply a construction of personnel management mechanism but use in enterprises proposed areas that can provide real social and economic impact.
