Principles of ensuring the system of national security: the constitutional-legal aspect

Abstract
The article gives a theoretical and methodological analysis of the research of the principles of the system of ensuring national security. The structure of the system of ensuring national security is considered in which the main constitutional and legal subsystem is allocated. The constitutional and legal bases concerning the principles of ensuring national security in the conditions of modern challenges and threats are systematically covered.
