PRINCIPLES OF METHODOLOGICAL APPROACH IN GENERAL TEACHER TRAINING OF FUTURE EDUCATORS AND ACADEMIC STAFF

Abstract

The article lays out an essential characteristic of the principles of methodological approach in general teacher training of future educators and academic staff in the context of a three-level system of education: systematicity, humanism and student-centrism, continuity and consistency, activity mediation, fundamentalism, advance, scientific relevance, transdisciplinarity, complementarity of traditional and actual knowledge, scientific and artistic forms of the pedagogical reality cognition, problematisation of the pedagogical phenomena and processes, orientation towards self-study and self-education.
