PRINCIPLES OF MODELING OF CENTRALIZED AND MULTIPLE AIMED OPTIMUM TRAFFIC CONTROL IN CITIES AND REGIONS

Abstract

The article deals with principles of modeling of centralized and multiple-aimed optimum traffic control. Defining and methods of solving of dynamic problems of vector optimum routing, func-tional levels of information and navigation system, control quality index have been given.
