PRINCIPLES OF THE ACTIVITIES OF PROSECUTOR'S SELF-GOVERNMENT BODIES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In article it is analyzed features of standard regulation of the procedure for the implementation of the powers of the main bodies of prosecutorial self-government in Ukraine. The list of principles of the activities of the prosecutor’s government is determined and an analysis of the features of their implementation is carried out. Attention is drawn to the need for detailing the content and the procedure for implementing the basic principles of the activities of the prosecutorial self-government. The proposed changes to the legislation of Ukraine.
