Abstract
N. Ryazanova. Priority directions of development of the innovative component in the energy sector. The purpose in the article is justify the need to develop an approach to determining the economic efficiency an innovative power facility. The article presents the fundamental features of energy by examining different approaches to the interpretation of this category for the purpose of revealing its semantic defining characteristics; the conditions for achieving innovative efficiency in the energy sector have been established by characterizing the conditions inherent in it, which imposes a certain imprint on the methods for determining the economic efficiency of innovations in the industry. Priority directions of innovative activity of Ukraine of energy are defined by definition of long-term and medium-term programs and measures. The creation of an optimal fuel and energy balance of the state depends on the rational formulation of the main task of the innovation program in the fuel and energy sector, which is predetermined in its main components, which are defined in the article. The achievement of a significant level of economic growth in the energy sector is associated with a number of problems of electric power industry in Ukraine. Large and small energy are considered as a single set of elements, characteristics and trends of their gradual integration. The expediency of creating and implementing an innovative facility and determining its economic efficiency is grounded; Comparison of these variants of innovative and standard power facilities is carried out. The factors associated with the instability of the current electricity and heat tariffs are determined, which is a consequence of the negative value of the commercial efficiency indicator for most renewal projects of thermal power plants. The tasks of the economic justification of design solutions are revealed. There is a positive trend towards more intensive use of renewable energy sources. However, the development of this energy sector is hampered by a number of problems, including legislative problems, high cost of renewable energy, lack of necessary financing. Improving the investment and business climate in the country will enable the inflow of both domestic and foreign investments.
