ПРОБЛЕМИ РОЗВИТКУ СТРАХОВОГО БІЗНЕСУ У СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

Abstract
N. Shlapak, T. Krivich. Problems of development of insurance business in modern conditions. The article examines the main indicators of the Ukrainian insurance market, the depth of penetration of insurance in the economy. The attention is focused on current problems of the insurance market. Deficiency is detected in the level of insurance oversight, passivity, carried out by the insurers of the policy to attract customers, the lack of insurance culture of businesses and citizens, limitations on the ability of policyholders to obtain insurance cover. The indicated directions of development of insurance relations that ensure sustainability and gradual expansion of the market of insurance services. The necessity of development of the portfolio of the insurance market through the promotion of activities of trade unions and associations of insurers. There were made some results about casual insurance, which can be focused on protecting from burglaries from commercial buildings, assets insurance during the holidays, insurance from losses during industrial breaks, investments insurance, pre-paid salaries insurance, financial guaranties insurance, client – based car insurance, that include foreign practices of insurance policies of weekends and holidays ( Saturdays and Sundays and all the official holidays) and working days ( for example from Monday till Friday). In the business of insurance of responsibility there is possible to develop programs of social responsibility of pet owners, builders, organizers of cultural activities, insurance of responsibility of doctors and realtors.
