Abstract

Anisimova Olha. Improving the organization of labor remuneration in the enterprise using modern information systems in corporate governance. The subject of the work is the system of labor remuneration using modern information systems in corporate governance. The aim of the work is to study the methods of the study of the enterprise's pay system. The methodological basis for the study is the fundamental provisions of modern economic theory, legislative acts, works of domestic and foreign scientists on corporate governance, informatization and wage organization. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: structural-logical analysis - to build the logic and structure of the work; system analysis and synthesis - to study the essence of corporate governance; system approach - to develop a system-target approach to improving the pay system using informatization. The paper defines the place of organization of labor remuneration based on the use of information systems in the general system of corporate governance. It is suggested that a set of information systems that can be used in the process of organizing the wage system at enterprises is given, characteristics and stages of management of the labor remuneration process in corporations and their structural units , A scheme has been developed for the formation of information arrays to optimize labor remuneration by using operational information systems.
