УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЮ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В КОНТЕКСТІ СТРАТЕГІЇ ЕНЕРГОЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ

Abstract
O. Zinchenko, A. Turilo, D. Pavlyshchy, D. Rionidze. Improvement of the management system efficiency of the enterprise in the context of the energy efficiency strategy. The article is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the energy saving mechanism in order to increase the level of economic efficiency of the enterprise in the context of the domestic strategy aimed at achieving optimal energy efficiency indicators. The research is based on the disclosure of the relationship between energy saving, energy efficiency and economic efficiency of the enterprise in their integrated and systemic subordination, taking into account the principles of scientific, dynamic, planned and strategic, as well as the development of a set of corresponding organizational and economic and technical and technological measures for increasing the enterprises the level of their energy efficiency. It is proved that the issues of energy security and energy efficiency for Ukraine are currently problematic and important for solving at all levels - from international (transnational) to the level of separate functioning entities and each consumer in particular. The state of energy saving at industrial enterprises is analyzed, directions of improvement of the control system for these processes are determined. The basic provisions concerning the formation, functioning and improvement of the mechanism of energy saving and energy efficiency at the enterprise are proposed. On the basis of the analysis of the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency, energy efficiency measures are formulated and systematized at industrial enterprises and their impact on the efficiency of such enterprises is reflected. The developments described in this article can be adapted to the specifics of the enterprises of various industries, especially for the most energy-intensive enterprises of the mining and metallurgical complex, the chemical industry, the cement industry, and machine building.
