Priorities and challenges in the Building of the capital markets union

Abstract

The Capital Markets Union is a long-term strategic project of the European Union (EU), through which building is aimed to reduce the fragmentation of the financial markets in the Member States of the Union and to diversify the financing of the European economy by strengthening the role of the capital markets. Thus, the EU economy will become more sustainable and will create conditions for stimulating investments, increasing employment and generating economic growth.
