PROBLEM ASPECTS OF LIABILITY FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS

Abstract
The article analyzes the recent changes in the legislation of Ukraine concerning the tightening of responsibility for the management of vehicles in a drunken state. Identified their problematic aspects, which are caused by an incomplete view of the causes of accidents in Ukraine, and scientific positions of the relationship between the rules of administrative and criminal law. Suggests ways of their elimination. Proposed ways of their elimination.
