REGU LATION OF OWNERSHIP PROBLEMS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the general description of the principle of inviolability of ownership. The meaning of this principle is regarded in the context of the possibility of alienation of land for public needs. General warrants of the human rights protection are established to ensure the prevention of potential abuse in such cases.
