Problem issues of removal of the court hearing troublemakers from the courtroom

Abstract
The article analyzes the criminal procedural law provisions governing the procedure of removal as a measure of procedural criminal liability applicable to the trial participants who violated the order in the courtroom. The problems of enforcement of these provisions were identified and the proposals for their improvement were developed.
