Проблема формування культурної компетентності особистості в контексті реформування вищої школи

Abstract
У статті автор ставить проблеми формування культурної компетентності студентів під кутом зору реалізації цілей реформування вищої освіти. Доводить, що в освітніх закладах сьогодні необхідно говорити не тільки про вдосконалення процесу соціалізації, здатної формувати освічених людей, а й про створення повноцінного процесу інкультурації, спрямованої на формування культурно компетентних людей. Визначає параметри культурної компетентності як системи основних ціннісно-смислових і нормативно-регулятивних установок культури, критеріїв оцінок і принципів добору соціально прийнятних форм і способів здійснення діяльності, прийнятих у суспільстві.
