PROBLEMATIC ASPECTS OF COMBATING THE DRUG SMUGGLING IN INTERNATIONAL POSTAL ITEMS

Abstract
The article deals with the problematic aspects of combating the smuggling of narcotic drugs, sent in international postal items to individuals, not only for personal use but also for the purpose of realization. The essence of the concept of «smuggling» is revealed, the current state of customs control over goods shifted in international postal items is clarified.
