Abstract
Violated problem questions of attracting аn оfficials of organs of local self-government (incorporated territorial communities) to administrative responsibility for violation of legislation about a defensive, mobilization preparation and mobilization. Proposed to amend part of 9, 11 article 18 of the Law of Ukraine «On mobilization preparation and mobilization» for the solution of problematic issues on the imposition of administrative penalties on officials of local governments (incorporated territorial communities), which is outlined in article 210-1 Сode of Ukraine on administrative offences.
