Problematic Issues of Diagnosis and Monitoring of Cardiovascular Disorders in Children After Cardiac Surgical Correction of Congenital Heart
Journal Title: Здоров`я дитини - Year 2014, Vol 3, Issue 54
Abstract
As a result of an analysis of clinical and instrumental data and biochemical examination of 168 school-aged children operated for congenital heart disease, the authors suggest to determine the functional class of the cardiovascular system using the developed original scale. Integral assessment of the most important indicators of the heart after cardiac surgical correction improves the process of dynamic monitoring and rehabilitation in the period from childhood to adulthood.
