PROBLEMATIC ISSUES RELATED TO THE PROTECTION OF EQUITY RIGHTS OF SHAREHOLDERS

Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation in the context of corporate governance, corporate interest, issues related to the protection of shareholders’ corporate rights are highlighted. Certain proposals were made on the improvement of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Joint Stock Companies”. The huge number of unresolved issues in the area of shareholders’ rights protection is underlined.
