PROBLEMATIC ISSUES WHICH ARE RELATED TO THE HUMAN RIGHT TO WORK AND THE WAYS HOW TO SOLVE IT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of the implementation of the human right to work and the study of solutions. For competent implementation in Ukraine of the human right to work, legislation establishes a whole system of guarantees, however, there are many controversial issues regarding their application. Particular attention is drawn to the need for reforming labor legislation, namely, by developing and adopting a Labor Code, the norms of which would conceptually redefine mechanisms for the legal regulation of labor relations.
