TOPICAL ISSUES OF OPTIMIZATION OF STAFFING OF THE BODIES OF THE NATIONAL POLICE OF UKRAINE IN THE CONDITIONS OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION PROCESSES

Abstract
Theoretical and utilitarian problems related to the optimization of personnel selection and selection for service in the National Police of Ukraine are investigated in the article on the basis of the analysis of scientific approaches, current legislation, and empirical sources, and corresponding scientific and practical recommendations for improving this process are formed. At the same time, the study also analyzed the best international experience in the field of personnel provision for police units and defined the possibilities for its adaptation in Ukraine in the process of further improving the system of staffing of the National Police.
