INTERACTION OF INTERNATIONAL LEGAL ACTS IN THE FIELD OF CULTURE AND NATIONAL LEGISLATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract
The article describes the relationship between the international legal acts in the field of culture and national legislation. The legal basis for cultural issues in the Republic of Azerbaijan comprises not only of legislation, but also includes international acts. Article describes the main features of international law and national law. The international legal acts to which the Azerbaijan Republic has joined are analyzed.
