THE CRIMINAL-LEGAL MEASURES FOR CRIME OFFENSE COMMITTING

Abstract
The article is devoted to criminal-legal measures for crime offenses committing as a variety of criminal delicts definition theoretical- applied problem. Based on professional approaches analysis taking into account law drafts concerning criminal offenses implementation the authors’ vision about reaction varieties on criminal offenses (punishment or separated system of measures) is suggested. The conclusions about criminal legislation in criminal offenses relation development basic milestones have been formulated.
