RIGHT TO WORK AND EMPLOYMENT PROBLEMS OF YOUTH

Abstract
This article analyzes the issues of employment of young people, the problems faced by young people in the labor market of Ukraine, and the guarantees of the right to work for youth. Mechanisms are considered in the field of economy, education, which would ensure the reduction of unemployment. In particular, attention is paid to the need for close cooperation between employers and educational institutions at the stage of preparation of young specialists.
