PROBLEMATICS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ENERGY-EFFICIENT PROJECTS IN MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article highlights the relevance of implementation of energy efficiency projects in health care institutions in the context of realization of medical reform in Ukraine. It is established that the state and prospects of the development of medical institutions determine their ability to effective implementation of complex projects on the thermorenovation of buildings. The analysis of the structure of revenues of medical institutions has been carried out and it has been established that financial provision of health care institutions in Ukraine has a high degree of dependence on external sources of funding. Sources of financial resources in health care institutions, aimed at implementation of energy-efficient measures, are disclosed. The concept of implementation of energy-efficient measures in medical institutions on the basis of a project-oriented approach is proposed. Within this approach, recommendations for attracting financial resources are made in order to increase the level of energy efficiency of health facilities.
