Abstract
Одним із основних завдань реформи децентралізації є посилення ролі територіальних громад із наданням їм права самим розпоряджатися землями, котрі перебувають як у межах населених пунктів, так і поза ними. У статті досліджено проблематику формування землекористувань територіальних громад в умовах децентралізації влади.
