Abstract
Розглянуто проблеми зайнятості в умовах спаду виробництва та фінансової розбалансованості економіки. Наведено характеристику суттєвих негативних змін на ринку праці в сучасній Україні та основні чинники нераціональної зайнятості. Запропоновано найактивніше застосування гнучких форм зайнятості за допомогою різних аут-технологій залежно від стратегічних цілей підприємств.
