MOTIVATION AS A FACTOR IN THE ORGANIZATION OF REMUNERATION OF LABOUR IN THE CONDITIONS OF GLOBALIZATION

Abstract

An effective remuneration system is a guarantee of stability, reduces staff turnover, ensures high quality of tasks, helps to attract highly qualified and experienced employees, and therefore – ensures the success of the enterprise in the strategic dimension. The factor that provides this efficiency of economic activity is the motivation of labor as a factor of improving the efficiency and productivity, improving the efficiency of the implementation of the prisoner's labor potential. Motivation in relation to employees affects the stability of highly qualified labor collectives, increase productivity, moral and material condition of each employee and the team as a whole. The above-mentioned relevant aspects led to the choice of direction and justification. In modern conditions of development of activity of the enterprises the role of labor resources is important as the relations between people influence not only the level of social appeal, but also form the General assessment of activity of subjects of managing and influence on life of society. Effective use of the potential of labor resources requires appropriate organization of wage formation. Тhe vector of improvement of the organization of remuneration should be the creation of an effective mechanism of motivation, increasing the share of material costs of motivation, appropriate system of remuneration, garantuyuvannya social benefits, bonuses, remuneration, focus sufficient attention to the conditions and safety, the creation of prerequisites for the development of personnel potential of employees. An important role in the regulation of wages should be played by the state: to provide a favorable legislative field, to establish a sufficiently high minimum wage, to reduce the differentiation of income and the shadowing of wages, to encourage enterprises to upgrade production, increase productivity and wages.
