Problems and challenges faced by the curator of academic groups of senior students

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of effective functioning of curatorship Institute in higher education. The article attempts to assess the important component of the professional activity of a modern University teacher. Various types and methods of curatorial work with senior students are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of professional self-determination of students and the importance of the role of curatorial activities in this process.
