PROBLEMS IN THE SPHERE OF FORMATION AND REGULATION OF INCOME OF THE RURAL PEOPLE AND THE MAIN METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THEIR ANALYSIS

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is to generalization of the main problems in the sphere of formation and regulation of income of rural population and installation of the main methodological approaches to their analysis. Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study were the fundamental position of modern economic theory, scientific works of scientists, regulatory and legislative acts on the formation and control of revenue. In the process of the analysis of formation and regulation of incomes used the following methods: the method of factor analysis of cause-effect dependencies, balance method, the method of structural comparisons, the method of connections, the index method, as well as economic and statistical methods which include the method of grouping, comparisons, graphic and tabular methods in determining the main criterion of the social stratification of society; when setting the level of the economic relationships between the produced product, labor activity and property; when determining the reasons that affect the differentiation of incomes of the population. Findings. It was established that the main criterion of the social stratification of society favor the size and source of income, the category of income reflects the economic ties between the members of society with regard to the consumption of a product by its labor activity, the use of the property, which is at their disposal, and social transfers. Nominal and real incomes, as well as their irregular dimensions allow to judge the level of welfare and its dynamics. Factors that determine inequality of income can be divided into dependent and independent from the income of the recipient. The main reasons affecting the income differences include: differences in intellectual abilities, educational level and qualifications, the differences in the possession of the property, within the family, and it helps with relationships, good luck, unexpectedly received winnings, etc. Originality. The scientific novelty consists in defining the theoretical terms and the formulation of a conceptual approach to the problems and contradictions in the system of formation and regulation of income of rural population. Practical value. The conducted investigations develop a new knowledge in this area and provide increasing validity of management decisions on the development of rational socio-economic development.
