PROBLEMS OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN MECHANISMS OF THE BUDGET AND MONETARY POLICY OF THE STATE

Abstract
In the proposed article, relations between the elements of monetary and fiscal policy are systematized. The nature of the links between the corresponding structural elements of the budget policy (income, expenses and debt) and monetary policy (money supply, interest rate, exchange rate) are revealed and reflected. In addition to the problems of securing the country's economy by money supply, when considering the issues of coherence of the mechanism of fiscal and monetary policy, the issue of the interrelations between the monetary and fiscal policy is highlighted. It is revealed that today one of the problems of regulation of budgetary and monetary mechanisms is the coordination of the actions of the Government and the National Bank of Ukraine and the avoidance of substitution of monetary instruments by fiscal, which negatively affects the development of the economy.
