PROBLEMS OF BRINGING PLASTIC SURGEONS TO CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of charging plastic surgeons with criminal liability. According to the author, this problem is a result of the lack of legal regulation of standards of medical practice in the field of plastic surgery. Only the legislative consolidation of Plastic Surgeons performance standards will allow for changes and additions to the law on criminal responsibility, which in turn will contribute to solving the problems of bringing plastic surgeons to criminal liability.
