GOALS, AND ELEMENTS AND FUNCTIONS AS RESULT OF ADMINISTRATIVE LAW: CONCEPT AND RELATIONSHIP

Abstract
The article reveals the meaning and value concepts of “objectives”, “tools” and “results” as elements of a more general concept of “administrative law function” determined the impact of each element in the overall efficiency of the administrative functions of law.
